Select Braemar Lodge & Spa is a luxurious lodge nestled in the foothills of the Southern Alps, close to the village of Hanmer Springs. This was one of the best value for money stays in nz. The room was amazing. Breakfast was great. The view just the best.

Great facilities, clean and well-supplied rooms. We stayed here before and had wifi issues, so it was really nice to find they had improved the wifi. Love the tennis court, although it could do with some maintenance work.

They provide microwave and fridge, hot water kettle, toaster and some plates and bowls so we were able to make simple breakfast. Lovely stay! Will come again!

O Methven Resort fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé do centro de Methven e a 3 minutos de carro do Methven Golf Club. Christchurch fica a 1 hora e 10 minutos de carro. Excellent check in service, the staff saw that we were in need of a power box while refreshing the room and provided one plugged in without us asking. Beds were very comfortable and the room was really warm, highly recommend staying here if you're looking in the area
