All studios and cottages are well-decorated and include a private en suite bathroom. This family-run property provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All cottages have balconies. Cottage was so so clean and spacious. Kitchen area was a great size. Best cottage I've been in.

Brinkley Resort Methven is 3 minutes’ drive from the Methven Racecourse and Methven Golf Course. Mount Hutt is a 30-minute drive, and Christchurch International Airport is an 80-minute drive away. Great facilities, clean and well-supplied rooms. We stayed here before and had wifi issues, so it was really nice to find they had improved the wifi. Love the tennis court, although it could do with some maintenance work.

The villas have open-plan living spaces with gas fires. Guests can enjoy free on-site parking. Was so comfortable and homely we decided not to go anywhere for the day. Relaxed on the couch and had a day nap.

Peppers Bluewater Resort is a 4.5-star hotel close to the shores of Lake Tekapo. This resort offers luxury accommodation, great views and is ideally positioned for exploring the Mackenzie Basin and Southern Alps. It is a 10-minute walk from the Church of the Good Shepherd. A very comfortable and clean accomodation, with a view!

Methven Resort is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Methven and a 3-minute drive from Methven Golf Club. Christchurch is a 1-hour and 10-minute drive away.

All heated rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Also on offer ironing facilities and a bathroom. Excellent check in service, the staff saw that we were in need of a power box while refreshing the room and provided one plugged in without us asking. Beds were very comfortable and the room was really warm, highly recommend staying here if you're looking in the area
