Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. 1. Fantastic staff, all very friendly and welcoming, the best. 2. Owner is very helpful in organising all activities, everyone goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. 3. Restaurant had good food and complimentary breakfast was nice. 4. Lovely quiet location with beautiful garden. 5. Room had good aircon and insect mesh/repellent. Thank you all, we had a great stay.

The place is gorgeous, rooms are very nice and clean and the garden is beautiful, a really good place to chill or work. The staff were super friendly, they told me all the work that they are doing to foster the local community. They have built a school for local kids and they are empowering Tharu comunity ladies by working at the retreat and showing the local culture and cuisine at the retreat. They also have several initiatives related to jungle and river upkeep and recovery. Great work!!!

The hotel provides Machan Experience and it was lovely, we had a wonderful time the staff there were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. I would definitely recommend.
