We have been travelling for 3 months now and this is the best place we stayed. The atmosphere is very nice with a green garden in the middle. The room was good and clean and the breakfast was delicious. What makes it more special is the great service. All the people that work here are very friendly and helpfull. When you ask for something, they help you directly and very good. It looks like you are in a very expensive hotel. We liked it a lot and I can really recommend this place.

The place is gorgeous, rooms are very nice and clean and the garden is beautiful, a really good place to chill or work. The staff were super friendly, they told me all the work that they are doing to foster the local community. They have built a school for local kids and they are empowering Tharu comunity ladies by working at the retreat and showing the local culture and cuisine at the retreat. They also have several initiatives related to jungle and river upkeep and recovery. Great work!!!

Set in Sauraha, 2.4 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Chautari Garden Resort offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel has a big garden and lot of flowers. Kumar, the owner of the hotel, is a very nice man. He is very helpful and arranged the safari tours and picked up. The staffs is very nice as well. The bbq chicken was very tasty and remember to try one. Please tips the staff when you leave.
