Fantastiske omgivelser, kjempegod srilankisk mat, serviceinnstilt personale og nydelige rom og fellesområder. Det er mange dyr i området, vi så både krokodille og elefant. Det er også veldig vakkert og behagelig ved bassenget. Forstår ikke de som skriver at hotellet trenger oppussing. Vi syns det var høy kvalitet på alt og renholdet var førsteklasses. Vi fikk virkelig luksusfølelsen på dette hotellet, anbefales på det varmeste. Hvis du liker å bevege deg/trene er to dager nok, for man kommer seg ikke så mye rundt på grunn av alle dyrene i området som man må være på vakt ovenfor.

Overnattingsstedet har treningssenter, en fellesstue og hage. Ferieanlegget har et utendørsbasseng og hageutsikt, og du kan spise et måltid i restauranten og ta deg et glass i baren. Great comfortable hotel with nice pool, air con and lovely breakfast. Very comfortable after a long day on safari.

Wild Coast Tented Lodge - Relais and Chateaux - All Inclusive ligger ved siden av den kjente nasjonalparken Yala, der du kan se mange leoparder. Absolutely incredible experience - a shame that I could only stay for one night because the daily safari was wonderful with an incredibly knowledgable guide. Each of the meals were delicious. I was lucky to experience the BBQ dinner night. The private pool was wonderful. The room itself included everything one could ask for and the decor was sensational.

Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. We had an absolutely fantastic time at Yakaduru Safari Camp. The safari camp is beautifully located in the center of the national park, which makes the stay something very special. The service staff are extremely friendly, courteous and read every wish from our lips. Our half-day safari was organized for us from the camp and led by a very friendly tour guide who was able to explain a lot about the animals there. So not only did we get to see lots of animals (even a leopard) and a fascinating landscape, we also learned a lot about the national park. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the private bathroom - it is located directly in the bungalow and is open to the roof, so you have the feeling of showering right in the middle of the national park. The food is excellent and is some of the best quality and tastiest food we ate during our stay in Sri Lanka. Live cooking & a small cooking workshop were also included by the friendly service staff. The outdoor pool is the highlight of the resort. While we were cooling off from the heat, we were able to observe various animals, such as a peacock, monitor lizards and cows on the grounds around us. Although the property is fenced off to protect guests, it is still accessible to many smaller animals, which makes a stay at the camp a unique experience. We would recommend this camp to everyone who is down for an authentic stay in the midst of nature!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a saltwater pool, garden view and a balcony, Kingfisher Beach Resort-Yala is situated in Kirinda. Shehan was such a welcoming host and couldn't do enough for us. He was very attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed no matter what time of day it was. His cooking is exceptional. Definitely the best food we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The setting is absolutely beautiful. So tranquil and close to the beach. You can hear the sounds of the waves and see some lovely local wild life. This is a must stay if visiting Sri Lanka!

Hilton Yala Resort has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and private beach area in Yala. 21 km from Situlpawwa and 22 km from Tissa Wewa, the property provides a terrace and a bar. The food was excellent, the staff were incredible (especially Hashini and Dilanka in the restaurant). We were given an upgrade to the best room which was incredible. The safaris we had were so incredible and again the guide was fantastic. The pool area is stunning, the service was brilliant across all aspects of the stay. Wish we stayed longer!

Situated in Yala, 8.5 km from Tissa Wewa, Allure Yala Luxury Suites by Allure Leisure features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. We had an incredibly spacious and luxurious room, and we enjoyed our private pool and glorious views of the lake. We were very well fed with generous portions of delectable food. Special thanks to Ishan for being so warm and thoughtful, and for taking such good care of us! Allure also looked into booking our Safari tour. Just leave it to the terrific folks at Allure to settle everything for you. Just pack your suitcase and turn up for an amazing holiday!

Located in Tissamaharama, 15 km from Tissa Wewa, Leopard Reach Yala by Seven Angels provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The place was stunning, comfortable and lovely. We had the best BBQ of our lifes❤️ Silva (manager and guide) was a hidden gem of this place. He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!

Located in Kataragama, 13 km from Situlpawwa, The Boundary Yala provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Spacious clean AC rooms very close to Yala’s Katagamuwa entrance. We had our own front porch in a very peaceful private garden setting. The owner and host, Kapila, took care of all our needs, and arranged our full day safari for the next morning. He is a retired environmental journalist who knows plenty about all the SL national parks,especially Yala and the animals. We had an excellent safari driver and jeep. Kapila accompanied us on the safari which was a treat because he shared all his knowledge of the past, present and future of Yala, as well as all the details of every bird, mammal, reptile, insect we saw. The host family cooked us a most delicious homemade meal of rice and curry/fruits and cold beers. Just make sure you let Kapila know that you will want dinner beforehand, and anything else you want. I highly recommend boundary yala for your yala safari and stay. We enjoyed our time there and saw everything and learned a lot about the animals.
