Incredibly attentive staff... all amazing. Our pool access room was spacious and we loved that it was off to the side. Steps away from the cafe. Transport into town very easy with hotel TukTuk or you can walk a short distance. Very comfortable beds too. Wonderful, wonderful place to stay. Staff really gave the impression they would bend over backwards to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

Its proximity to the bustling bar street was another bonus, making it conveniently walkable for a lively night out. Set in Siem Reap, 3.1 km from Pub Street, Shintana Saya Residence features a year-round outdoor pool. The resort has a barbecue and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. I have never experienced service like this before. The airport transfer with fresh coconut on arrival and towels, the bar and restaurant breakfast options and free tuk tuk (for the journey there) was amazing. If we come back we're definitely starting there.

We got a free upgrade from to a two-bedroom family villa and private swimming pool. The staff are kind and polite. The rooms were clean and beautiful. From the moment I was collected from my cruise drop off point at a nearby hotel, I was treated with effortless welcome that was so genuine it took me a little buy surprise. When the assistant manager assured me that I would be treated like family he was not lying. Staff I had never met greeted me by name everywhere I went. The property itself is an architectural and design achievement par excellence. No finish is left to chance and the whole ambiance is a sophisticated eclecticism everything that just works. The grounds have a heavy lush greenery that encases the bold black and white geometric facade in a seamless harmony. It is this "green" philosophy that extends to the hotel's no single use plastics policy as well as the eco conscious Jaya Organics skin care range that is produced locally and sold inhouse. The hotel also has its own small fleet of free tuk tuks that will happily take you anywhere you want within the city and collect you with a simple call from a local mobile phone that is provided by guest services for the duration of your stay. It is these little touches that make the biggest difference to the Jaya House experience.
