Transport into town very easy with hotel TukTuk or you can walk a short distance. Very comfortable beds too. Wonderful, wonderful place to stay. Staff really gave the impression they would bend over backwards to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

Ci è piaciuto...TUTTO, dall'accoglienza all'ultimo saluto dello staff sempre premuroso e gentile ovunque ti trovassi nel resort. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con il passaporto del quale si sono presi carico e risolto rassicurandoci dal primo momento, siamo stati inoltre fortunati a ricevere un upgrade gratuito per la suite con piscina privata, FANTASTICA, ma lo è davvero tutto il resort. Su tutto abbiamo trovato la massima cordialità e gentilezza e la colazione un vero plus, ottima. Consigliatissimo le 5* sono tutte meritate per lo staff e la struttura.

Non ha nulla da invidiare a posti che si vantano di stelle ma non hanno la stessa gentilezza e cortesia.

From the moment I was collected from my cruise drop off point at a nearby hotel, I was treated with effortless welcome that was so genuine it took me a little buy surprise. When the assistant manager assured me that I would be treated like family he was not lying. Staff I had never met greeted me by name everywhere I went. The property itself is an architectural and design achievement par excellence. No finish is left to chance and the whole ambiance is a sophisticated eclecticism everything that just works. The grounds have a heavy lush greenery that encases the bold black and white geometric facade in a seamless harmony. It is this "green" philosophy that extends to the hotel's no single use plastics policy as well as the eco conscious Jaya Organics skin care range that is produced locally and sold inhouse. The hotel also has its own small fleet of free tuk tuks that will happily take you anywhere you want within the city and collect you with a simple call from a local mobile phone that is provided by guest services for the duration of your stay.
