Toda a experiência foi espectacular! Viemos passar aqui parte da nossa lua de mel e não podíamos ter sido melhor recebidos. Começando pela localização do hotel, não sendo completamente no centro, não ficava assim tão longe e, para além disso, o hotel oferece um transporte gratuito (numa espécie de tuk-tuk) até ao centro e de volta ao hotel, desde o final da tarde até à noite. Os quartos são lindos e super confortáveis e limpos, tendo alguns deles acesso directo para a piscina. A piscina é um sonho, com várias arvores e muito verde à volta e com uma temperatura incrível. O pequeno-almoço é servido num espaço também bastante agradável, não tendo imensas opções, mas bastante razoável em comparação com outros hotéis nesta zona da Ásia. Mas, acima de tudo, o pessoal do staff é a estrela deste hotel. São imensamente disponíveis e atenciosos a toda a hora. Desde nos oferecerem copos de água fresca e panos húmidos frescos quando nos vêem chegar, a pé, ao hotel a uma hora de maior calor; permitirem-nos deixar as mochilas guardadas no hotel após o check-out e, mais ainda, prepararem uma sala do spa para que pudéssemos tomar banho no fim desse dia (sabiam que iríamos apanhar o autocarro nocturno nesse dia); sabendo que estávamos em lua de mel, ofereceram-nos um belíssimo jantar no restaurante deles (com entrada, prato principal e sobremesa); para além de tudo isso, ainda nos foram levar à estação de autocarros. Na despedida, ofereceram-nos um lenço típico do Camboja (Krama). Sem dúvida, a melhor experiência que tivemos num hotel, com uma hospitalidade inacreditável. Já queremos voltar!

I really loved the quietness and seclusion. we are a family of 4 with no children, parents are older, and we absolutely loved how down to earth this resort is. it’s country vibe like good old days with fancy 5 star service. we rode bikes, went on the pond, swam under the stars. also the inclusive menu was great. their restaurant is truly impressive. everything from western to local cuisine was authentic and every meal we ate really well.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. The rooms were excellent. We had pool view rooms - sheets were wonderfully thick and pristine, very roomy, elegant and very clean. Bathroom was enormous with a bath, separate shower area and double sink vanity. The breakfast was varied and the staff very attentive. It had a nice mix of western-type breakfast offering and local Cambodian soups and noodles. The coffee was actually really really good instead of the often watered down filtered coffee one gets as such spreads. We cannot say enough about the staff - The front desk staff - Soriya - in particular - but really everyone at all hours of the day really went out of their way to help us making bookings, with suggestions, and just greeting us warmly after a hot day out exploring. Because the hotel doesn't have secure wifi, one of the staff, Sam, even helped me out by allowing me to using his personal hotspot when I needed a secure connection. Truly excellent and above and beyond the call of duty!

Set in Siem Reap, 3.1 km from Pub Street, Shintana Saya Residence features a year-round outdoor pool. The resort has a barbecue and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. My best hotel experience during this trip. Everything was more than perfect. The house is beautiful with a very nice garden and pool. The rooms are more like small studios, very spacious and modern. The shower was a real rain forest shower that I enjoyed every time. The location was not too far from the main stuff to see. The service was more than excellent from beginning to end. A big crowd of staff is there with a big smile and treating you like a king. From airport pick up that was freely offered in my booking option that received us in a modern SUV with coconut and sented towels to clean our hands and water bottles to how we were greates at the entrance of the hotel…whatever I asked for, was done immediately. It is a small residence so it feels like we had the entire place to ourselves. We also had free massage daily as part of our booking promotion. I expected a cheap massage but it was a very professional one and one of the best I ever had. The hotel also arranged all our activities and transport and reservations very professionally and all at decent price. They accept US dollars for payment but I think it is a common thing in Cambodia wherever I went. I also had in room dining and it was delicious and at a decent price.

We had a villa with a pool. Breakfast was great and our choice each day. Staff were kind and welcoming. The environment was so pleasant and comfortable.

Only 800 metres from the lively Pub Street, Lynnaya Urban River Resort is a beautifully furnished property located in the heart of Siem Reap. This is the best hotel we have ever lived at. So beautiful and calm. The personal were so extremely helpful and kind. It is just a 10 minute (slow) walk to the most busy restaurant quarters.

Nestled within tropical gardens and a peaceful location, Sokkhak Boutique and Resort offers stylish and luxury accommodations away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. All the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. Organized all my tours for me which were great. hotel was nicely decorated with a traditional feel. Very clean. Excellent restaurant with great dining in and breakfast options. Loved my stay in Cambodia and I’ll definitely be back!
