The staff is GREAT and ready to assist when needed!!!! I especially appreciated the golf cart guys who were always ready to assist. me for pickup from the room and for drives around the property. This was especially helpful!

Everything was perfect. I would stay there again if i came back to Malia. Bus stop 2 min walk away to travel up and down the coast to other beach resorts. Shops, Bars, Resturants and fast food again only a few minutes walk away.
The breakfast was amazing, every day something new, traditional, to try and a very friendly kitchen lady. The location of The Santo George Beach Resort is something special, it's like in the middle of the beach.
This place is an all inclusive resort, which is good, since Sitia is a very small city and there isn't a lot to do there. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and seems like they care a lot about the guests
The all-inclusive option here is very good. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts in Greece, this one so far the best. Even so the hotel is 4 stars, the quality is high. The food selection, bars, the animation team, the stuff in general - everything was really good.
We loved our stay at this luxury resort, hospitality of staff was amazing and our overall experience was very good. We were lucky enough to be staying when they hosted a Greek BBQ night, it was the ideal entertainment for our last night in Chania. We look forward to being able to return again.
Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Residents of the Village Resort have access to the Beach&Spa Resort's pools and the pool bar. You can also ask to have a lunch or dinner in their all-inclusive restraurant (different from the a la carte restraurant). The view from that restraurant is fantastic, so I highly recommend going there. The food selection is also better than in the Village Resort.
Excellent place for children, pool areas, kids club and water park excellent. Walk across road to beach which was great . Food was great for all inclusive resort, drinks a bit hit and miss, depending who made them
Our sea view room was very beautiful with a great view. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great. You also have access to a beautiful beach club which gives the luxury touch to the stay
We stayed for a week at Kiani Beach resort and it is an excellent choice for families with children. It is an all inclusive resort and resort offers great activities for kids .our kids enjoyed it very much ! Hotel management is very attentive to guests. Staff are also very friendly .
