Wow wow wow. If you are looking for paradise in Crete, this is it. The service from the incredible staff at the hotel is absolutely incomparable. Everyone from the front desk and the check in process to the actual management of the hotel are absolutely wonderful. The beach wait staff is equally hardworking and wonderful. Everyone is there to greet you with a smile and do everything they can to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. Clearly there is wonderful management here and that shows. The location is beautiful and breathtaking. The service is top notch. Don't get me started on the food-- every restaurant was spectacular and each meal better than the next. A wonderful vacation!

The room and the view was amazing and the staff was extra helpful and super nice.
We felt like they done the best they could to make us feel welcome and to make sure we maximize our fun.
The hotel is amazing and built in a very sophisticated and comfortable way.

Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
The room was fantastic, a definitely a luxury room and real value for money. Interaction with the host was also quick, easy and effective and the host was very friendly. Even though not stated on the property advert, I had a lock-up garage for parking.

The staff were amazing & welcoming all the time. Special thanks to Danai, the Concierge Supervisor, who was very nice and helpful. She made our stay unforgettable from the first moment until we checked out.
The property was ok overall, the food was quite good compared to similar resorts we’ve been to, but with fewer dishes to choose from. Nonetheless, a good compromise. It had a small playground for kids, although not very well maintained. Most of the staff were nice and attentive, but not all.
