My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

The food quality is amazing and various varieties and the waiters are doing their best to make you feel comfortable and meet your expectations specially Hamaza Mahmoud and Ahmed at the beach bar they are amazing waiters and very friendly and very professional. Above all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to have a good relaxation and great service and great holiday then this is your best hotel.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. Everything was perfect. The food is so exquisite and delicious. Animation, amusement park. Crazy river is super. Wave pool is awesome. The whole hotel area is cool and there is a lot of entertainment for children and adults. I definitely recommend it.
