Hotel je nov, ogroman i jako lepo uređen, sobe su savršeno čiste i čitav kompleks je perfektno održavan. Ipak, po nama je najveća vrednost ovog hotela osoblje. Nikada do sada nismo sreli ovako savršeno uigran tim ljudi, svi su jako ljubazni, uz maksimalno poštovanje vaše privatnosti. Za sve što vam treba ovde stvarno imate kome da se obratite u bilo kom trenutku, osoblje na recepciji nam je za sve izlazilo u susret, posebno se zahvaljujemo našem domaćinu Mr Sayed, Muhamedu za savršenu uslugu u pool baru koji čak i sa povređenom nogom nikada nije dozvolio da sami nosimo piće i divnoj Aleks iz restorana koja nam je puno pomogla kada smo imali situaciju da nam se ćerka nije osećala dobro, organizovala je odmah prevoz do sobe i posle zvala da proveri da li je dobro. Izbor hrane u hotelu je ogroman, puno restorana sa različitim kuhinjama i svako veče se organizuju različite tematske večere. Hotel je jako sadržajan, nikada vam neće biti dosadno , svakodnevna animacija i preko dana i uveče. Organizovan prevoz malim otvorenim autobusima na svakih 10 min (vozači autobusa preljubazni - ljudi rade na visokim temperaturama, a uvek sa osmehom na licu). Pored toga imate preslatke biciklove kojima možete da obilazite ceo kompleks koje bismo izdvojili kao posebnu atrakciju. Takođe, u okviru kompleksa imate sve što vam je potrebno, od apoteke i klinike, do mesta za shoping. Do sada smo više puta bili u Egiptu, ali ovakav nivo usluge nismo imali. I, na kraju, ovo nam je prvi put Egiptu, a da nismo imali stomačnih problema 😃

Located in Hurghada, SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- offers premium all-inclusive concept . The property is situated 27 km from New Marina and 28 km from Giftun Island. The first thing you notice about the property is its stunning Aesthetic beautiful pools, beach and facilities. The resort boasts 7 restaurants and leaves little to be desired. Upon check in my partner and I immediately decided the 2 days we had booked weren’t enough…that’s when we learned the resort wasn’t just pretty pool bars and beautiful balconies the staff at the resort were without fault. Specifically Ahmed Adel (we asked his last name bc there are many 🙂) Ahmed helped us smoothly book another night and made everything in our stay feel like it was his pleasure to assist with. With his above and beyond attitude and welcoming attitude it was hard not to believe him when he “welcomed us home”. The staff also periodically checked in with us from the house keeping to managers and bar keeps always asking us if everything was going well. It’s clear that the service is just as high as the beautiful vision of the resort and we are already planning our next stay.

Jaz Soma Beach offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. With free Wi Fi only in public area, this 4-star hotel has a garden and a terrace. Fantastic hotel and exceptional staff ! My first time in a 4*hotel in Egypt and would for sure now rate this hotel as a well-deserved 5* !!! Amazing and wonderful staff in any position in the hotel ! All exceptional people focusing on those special or extra things you do to make your customers happy !!!... going so far as to ask daily for any special request still to be satisfied!!!YES! Continuous availability and unwavering kindness ... many thanks to the fantastic Chefs! Objekat The Makadi Spa Hotel - Couples Only 18 Years Plus, koji je smešten u Hurgadi, na 14 min. My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Everything, the best hotel I ever stayed in Hurghada , the staff make you feel so special, the operation manger Mr Sherif Mohamed and Mr Ayman Hassan they went extra mile to make our honeymoon special and how they welcome us at the reception and Mr Omer who has made the booking and take the payment all the reception staff are the best and most friendly. The food quality is amazing and various varieties and the waiters are doing their best to make you feel comfortable and meet your expectations specially Hamaza Mahmoud and Ahmed at the beach bar they are amazing waiters and very friendly and very professional. Above all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to have a good relaxation and great service and great holiday then this is your best hotel.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. There was literally nothing negative about this property, ok the wifi was messing around but hey, who needs wifi if you are on vacation😂 On a serious note, this was one fabulous vacay, from the staff at the reception, housekeeping and management, everybody was just on point and always willing to assist. The food wow, entertainment was endless fun, waterpark, beach, kids waterpark was just all wow🫶🏾 I will be back again for sure🫶🏾
