You have everything to satisfy all your senses. In addition to all of the above what makes me score it as 10 is the amazing attitude of the General Manager Mr.Houssam.A very decent man present everywhere at anytime supervising decently every detail..Also the food and beverages manager Mr Imad helped to make our stay unforgettable with the quality of the food he was offering..Food was extremely delicious.. Finally this is definitely My favorite hotel in town.

Very good hotel, I enjoyed alot during my stay (my honeymoon) and I highly recommend for others. Very good hospitality, enthusiastic staff, very good room services. I enjoyed alot with daily night shows. I liked all entertainment team (Hamza, Bibo, Ali, Suzi). I liked the food and helpful waiters at the main restaurant (esp. Alaa).

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly and calm. The wifi is the best I have ever experienced. Even on the beach and at the pool you have 100% internet. The oriental food is the best I ever tasted. The beds are also comfortable. I can’t find any reason not to come back next year and bring friends.
