Overlooking the stunning coast of the South China Sea, it is located on the North Haitang Road, just a few minutes drive from Sanya International Duty Free City. We enjoyed the waterpark, aquarium and swimming. The breakfast buffet and NYE dinner buffet was fantastic with a huge selection of different cuisines. The room was huge and clean. Mini bar was FOC. Unlimited supply of drinking water. Staff were all very helpfull and polite. Overall, we had a great time and it was an unforgettable vacation.

Great location for accessing the duty free shop and visit Atlantis. Super beautiful and secluded private beach. The service was very good. We could get a crib and a step chair for our toddler. The kids center is also very nice. lots of activities.

Xiao Mei, at the front desk, allowed us to stay for an extended 10 hours beyond the standard check-out, free of charge, plus upgraded us to a nicer room, with a smile. She was very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Very good at her job! Thank you very kindly for your wonderful hospitality!

Clean swimming pool and decent opening hours. Life guard Lincoln Wu is extremely helpful to guests.

The staff is helpful even though the communication is often complicated - they speak only Chinese and use machine translators. Spacious territory shared with JW Marriot which facilities are also available.
