There are lots of activities for children all included with the price of our room. Plus an arcade that my children loved. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. I lost my phone and one of the cleaning staff helped me find it. It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised her with a cake and souvenir bag. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the Chinese dinner we had at their Chinese restaurant was delicious. The room was spacious, clean with a bath on the balcony. 2 pools, excellent kids indoor play area and access to the beach.

Everything is good. Breakfast — good and versatile. Stuff — polite and helpful. Activities for kids — interesting and different everyday. The sea is perfect — small waves, sand, and it is literarily empty, nobody is swimming. Wi-Fi was quite ok, I was able to make a telegram call via Wi-Fi and VPN. Room was fully equipped. In total: 100% recommended.
Surrounding area is quite empty, but you can take taxi to the nearest restaurants for like 2-3 € (10-15 ¥), car arrives in less than a minute. You do not need local phone number to do so, just register Alipay account and use DiDi app inside of it.

The pool though there are two and the other was under maintenance. The breakfast buffet is awesome! The Cantonese hainanese restaurant was also very good.
The snorkelling was quite nice too as the hotel has a protected coral beach - though a bit costly.
In the general area very nice resort setup and not too inconvenient to get into town via taxi.

So this is the Ritz Carlton. Of course it’s great. The positive feelings for the accommodation start right as you enter the main gate, and you can appreciate the lush landscape and Chinese/tropical architecture as you drive up to the entranceway. The staff are always there waiting to help you with everything you need. Check-in was a little bit slow and cumbersome, but not everything of course is ever perfect. We had two rooms and they were very well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the Bathrooms were perfectly laid out and the showers were always nice and hot! The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel worked very well and in the room it was high speed.
There is so much to say about this hotel because there were so many things to do, but I will just mention that the swimming pools were very nice. One was super long. The beach was a little bit of a problem since the beach right at the hotel was rocky and, the hotel staff asked you to use the neighboring beach, which was quite nice. It Is possible to go and swim in the sea although the water was a bit musty and it was fairly wavy. But the sand was very nice. We spent most of our time at the swimming pools. our child went to the kids club and he liked it very much and always wanted to go back the next day. The kids club staff were very helpful and friendly. Also The breakfast food is absolutely fantastic. Maybe the best part about the hotel complexes is Its lush surroundings, and beautiful views of the sea. Make sure to get a sea view room at a higher floor.

The resort is amazing and I loved how they had street food stall inside of the resort! Night bars and They also have man made beaches too with big slides. The hotel room I booked in was very big.Amazing place for family vacation, friends and couples. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!!
Loved the 5 star chinese rural coastal location. South China Sea beautiful. Beautiful ecology, quiet & refreshing. I say Hilton is there with the best of the resorts. Grounds are probably the best. Had a beach front room just paradise. Can't say more. Not enough English or Russian spoken by staff.

Perfect resort for relaxation holiday. Hotel territory is very huge, all you need is inside the hotel: cinema, shopping mall, food street, aquapark, luna park, pools, restaurants and bars, art gallery.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel! All the facilities: private beach, river pool, and sports courts (Basketball and Tennis), were amazing. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the coconut trees and green spaces, it feels like an oasis next to the ocean.
Staff is committed and professional, we really appreciated it. Breakfast on the terrace with the relaxing sounds of fountains was delightful every morning. Overall, our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning soon!

The villa comes with a small private pool with good privacy. It's well-designed, spacious and well-facilitated. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The environment and amenities are pleasant inside the whole resort. The breakfast and afternoon tea are good. The nearby restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance.
Really helpful and friendly staff, showed us how to get around the resort when we arrived. The rooms are clean, huge and modern, they top up fruit and little duck sponge everyday! Enjoy our stay so much that this will be our go to hotel when we are here.
It's tough to beat the value - a resort feel with not-so-resort prices. The room had a view of the water and a big balcony, so a great place to relax. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge team.
