Simran was our butler who is friendly and always happy to assist. There was some miscommunication about meal plans between the hotel and booking.com. Simran was professional in assisting us to get the problem resolved. Our room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the facilities and the waterpark . Buffets provided were excellent and we had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Atlantis Sanya.

around 35 mins ride from airport. 5mins ride to shopping center where u can get a variety of food choice and souvenir. Restaurants within hotels are all good. Buffet dinner was good deal with live music by the sea but only happen on friday and saturday. Another restaurant named Meditarranean was good too. Without leaving the hotel, you will be able to try all famous local food in high quality. Beach was right outside hotel. If you snorkel, you see treasure everywhere. If you don't, you still enjoy marine creatures by the shore. Rooms were nice. Spacious and clean. Waiter named Alan/Alex was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was perfect with huge variety of food. No other hotels can provide better breakfast than this hotel.

The resort is amazing and I loved how they had street food stall inside of the resort! Night bars and They also have man made beaches too with big slides. The hotel room I booked in was very big.Amazing place for family vacation, friends and couples. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!!
Loved the 5 star chinese rural coastal location. South China Sea beautiful. Beautiful ecology, quiet & refreshing. I say Hilton is there with the best of the resorts. Grounds are probably the best. Had a beach front room just paradise. Can't say more. Not enough English or Russian spoken by staff.
The pool though there are two and the other was under maintenance. The breakfast buffet is awesome! The Cantonese hainanese restaurant was also very good.
The snorkelling was quite nice too as the hotel has a protected coral beach - though a bit costly.
In the general area very nice resort setup and not too inconvenient to get into town via taxi.
Perfect resort for relaxation holiday. Hotel territory is very huge, all you need is inside the hotel: cinema, shopping mall, food street, aquapark, luna park, pools, restaurants and bars, art gallery.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel! All the facilities: private beach, river pool, and sports courts (Basketball and Tennis), were amazing. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the coconut trees and green spaces, it feels like an oasis next to the ocean.
Staff is committed and professional, we really appreciated it. Breakfast on the terrace with the relaxing sounds of fountains was delightful every morning. Overall, our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning soon!
The Hotel staff are 5 Stars! From the moment I entered the hotel until the moment I left the staff went above & beyond! The hotel is boutique luxury with incredible facilities!
The villa comes with a small private pool with good privacy. It's well-designed, spacious and well-facilitated. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The environment and amenities are pleasant inside the whole resort. The breakfast and afternoon tea are good. The nearby restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance.
Really helpful and friendly staff, showed us how to get around the resort when we arrived. The rooms are clean, huge and modern, they top up fruit and little duck sponge everyday! Enjoy our stay so much that this will be our go to hotel when we are here.
It's tough to beat the value - a resort feel with not-so-resort prices. The room had a view of the water and a big balcony, so a great place to relax. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge team.
