SPA is magnificent, and all the facilities were good. Room big and clean with bug balcony with brain taking view to the mounting around. Customer-centric attitude. I had a birthday during my stay. The hotel grants me a bottle of wine in the room and an additional cake for the dinner. This is an exceptional one.

Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. probably the best hotel/spa experience I’ve ever had. super friendly staff, very tasty food, super clean

The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.

The apartment is very close to the gondola, very good value for money, clean and warm, has everything you need even for a longer stay. The washing machine was highly appreciated after a few days of skiing.

A parking space is provided within the resort. You apply for parking with your license plate number at the hotel reception. Communication with the owner is fast and efficient, via messages. From the owner, we received recommendations for visiting attractions in the Bansko area and restaurants. The spa is excellent. The water temperature in the indoor pool is from 27 to 30 degrees.
