Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The Spa Center was very nice, especially the part with the Jacuzzi, from which we had an amazing view of the mountains. The location was ideal, especially for people who want to do ski. Also, the fireplace was very romantic and made the house really cosy.

The appartment was fully equipped- we felt as at home, but at one of the best place in famous Bansko resort plus SPA facilities. Our kids are not so small, but this place is suitable for everyone. It is at the end of Bansko, easy to walk to the mountain and to the center. The communication with the owner was great. Definitely a place to recommend and to come back again- sure will be great during the winter too. Hope that it would be kept in the same way in the future. Will give more than 10, if could.

The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.
