Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. The staff was really kind. The SPA is amazing, the food is just great. It is great to be in the outside pool and look at the highest peaks in Pirin mountain. We had a great time in Katarino SPA!

The host was very kind and always available, providing us with great recommendations on how to make the most of our stay in Bansko. There was a capsule coffee machine, which was a big plus for a picky coffee drinker like me. The view from the terrace was stunning, although the weather didn’t allow us to spend as much time outside as we would have liked. I would definitely come back again!

The apartment was great. Very comfortable, very practical and squeaky-clean! The kitchen has everything needed even for long stays. All cooking tableware, utensils, spices. Full oven, microwave, dishwasher (which we didn't need to use), coffee machine. There are different types of coffee capsules, different types of tea, which shows thoughtfulness about the guests' taste preferences. And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.

The apartment is very close to the gondola, very good value for money, clean and warm, has everything you need even for a longer stay. The washing machine was highly appreciated after a few days of skiing.

It has everything necessary for a stay. Ideal for families with children. You collect the keys at the hotel reception. A parking space is provided within the resort. You apply for parking with your license plate number at the hotel reception. Communication with the owner is fast and efficient, via messages. From the owner, we received recommendations for visiting attractions in the Bansko area and restaurants. The spa is excellent. The water temperature in the indoor pool is from 27 to 30 degrees.
