We had two rooms for adult daughters and ourselves and loved it here, our daughters used the pool area and we had lovely rooms and amenities and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and could not do enough for you - we had a lovely young man serving us Dylan and very lovely we would definitely return and felt we chose well.

The room is large and very clean. The grounds and swimming pool are beautiful. You can see and hear different birds. The manager was a lovely man, chatty and helpful as were the other staff. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with omelette, toast, fresh fruits and a Sri Lankan traditional breakfast. We had two evening meals which were delicious too. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing stay with nature or somewhere to chill after a busy day. The location is a little remote along an unlit track, it is accessible by car and tuk tuk, we knew this when booking.

Perfectly located for a visit to the Lion Rock. This gem of a hotel was exceptional. We had a suite with a private plunge pool which was a lovely touch with great views over the orchard garden. Very private setting. The bedding was exquisite - the best I have ever had in a hotel stay. Better than any 5 star I’ve stayed in before. The bathroom was perfect and clean. We loved the breakfast experience where we got to try some traditional Sri Lankan breakfast alongside the usual pastries, fruit and omelette. I would recommend you stay there. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Resort was like a little private paradise as they have a few private bungalows and don’t accept a numerous amount of guests. In addition the pool and restaurant area were very nice, giving the option of a various food menu (typical srilankan and international).
The Staff was probably the greatest part of our stay as they were very kind and always satisfied our needs.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying a few days in Sigyria.
The resort was everything you could dream about in a holiday. A luxury in the middle of Sigiriya‘s famous rocks and a pool to enjoy the view from. The service and the room was fabulous, the bed was the comfiest we slept in so far. Since we spent our honeymoon there we could not have asked for a more memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaveri Resort; it was like being in a jungle with roomy accommodations and a gorgeous outlook. Our good stay was further enhanced by the outstanding service and delicious meals. Our experience was improved overall by being close to the lake. Highly recommended
3 brothers managing the family resort, the bar at the pool, the safari activity (although we did not do it with Palmyra Nature Resort since we did not know until we arrived) with kindness, commitment.
Home-cooked dinner was possible and if not, one of the brothers could take us by tuk-tuk to the nearest restaurant on the main road
Friendly family resort-style hotel near the World Heritage site. Very clean with well appointed rooms, nice bar, pool and restaurant. Highly recommended!
The view…. well, what can we say. Next level unbelievable. Photos do not do this hotel justice. Everywhere you go - luxury. Spa music plays and relaxes across the resort. Food is delicious. They ordered us a Tuktuk for sunrise which was the highlight of our trip
