First, I’m usually not a reviewer, but I felt like I needed to write something about this place and my experience there.
I spent seven impeccable and relaxing days with my wife. This place is absolute heaven. Our room was spotless throughout the stay, the private pool was incredible, and the bed and pillows were the best I’ve slept in.
Make sure to try the two restaurants in the resort, the various spots around the pools, and, of course, the beach. As a pro tip, the Guest Relationship team offers its service through WhatsApp, so you can reach out anytime you need anything.
Special shout out to Chrysa, Miguel, Yago, Alla, Sofia, Louisiana, and Christina— staff members that we had the chance to meet and made our stay so much more pleasant. ❤️

Excellent choice and great hospitality from the staff
Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
The room was a good size, comfortable bed and clean, however what amde it a "delux" room, I dont know. Nice but basic. Also rigth by the side of the water slides and the kids pool, so very noisy. The quality of the food for an all inclusive was good. A lot of choice and plenty of it. The staff, with the exception of a guy at the snack bar who never smiled or looked at you, were lovely, helpful and friendly
The staff were very helpful. The hotel feels very spacious. Great location, our room overlooked the beautiful church. Fabulous cocktails and bar snacks.. if you're looking for a tranquil resort, then this hotel is perfect.

You can use the pools at the Vasia Resort but it's also close to the harbour for a sea swim.
Great location in a quiet section of beach away from other resorts (but still walking distance to Malia palace, which is well worth a visit). The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Good selection of food at all meal times.
The host was absolutely lovely and very kind to let us check out later then normal, since we had to catch a late ferry. The accomodation is very spacious! It was very clean and well maintained. Also it's a luxury to have constant hot water and the amount of outdoor space is just wonderfull. The whole area was fenced, so it was easy to safely private park the motorcycles.
We had a wonderful stay, the resort is not only great but its' staff are amazing!! Thanks to the F&b team, especially Niko (he is unique and the best person we met during our stay), Dany, Emanuela and also the GM (Marius).
They were always very helpful and smiling all day. We can't forget to mention Adela from the reception, she was so nice to us and we connected very well.
The Hotel was perfectly positioned in a beautiful resort. The all inclusive Breakfast, lunch and dinner did the job every day. Some dishes really shined and dessert area never let you down. excellent local beer and choice of cocktails and spirits. And a big thank you for the weather! topped off a perfect week,
