Amazing resort best and kind stuff everything was great

Excellent hotel that has just been totally renovated. The food was more or less the same, but there was a good variety of food at all meals and we were always able to satisfy all the family including the kids :) A small tip for families - the nuggets and fries at the waterpark bar are unbeatable, kids loved them! The hotel is very well-planned, everything is really close and we luckily got a room at a lower level, not at the top (the hotel is located on a hill slope). All the amenities in the room looked new. I would particularly mention the outstanding entertainment team which went above and beyond to satisfy every guest, including the small ones! Our kids spent a lot of time in the kids club and really had fun there, special thanks to Andra, Eva and Paula! The evening program and the fitness classes were also really nice. What was cool about the waterpark, it had slides for all ages, for little kids and a couple of more steep ones and it was built in a really safe way, so there was no need in a lifeguard there and the kids were able to slide alone as well. Overall - absolutely positive impression, we had lots of fun and highly recommend the hotel, especially for families!

This hotel is 5* in what it offers. My holiday was truly amazing. We were in the suites facing the sea where we had gorgeous views, a hot tub & terrace. There are multiple restaurants on the resort. One is walk-in buffet included in the All Inclusive with free wine, beer, coffees, fresh juices, sodas & teas. This is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner & had lots of options covering every taste. They had a vegan bar with 3 options & a live cooking pizza area. Plenty of different breads to choose, a huge fruit & cake section & icecream bar! In the All Inclusive you also get 3 restaurant bookings. You need to book those 2 days in advance & we had no issues, as long as you're not asking same day! The Italian Deli was amazing. Quality food & presented beautifully. The staff were super friendly & didn't rush us. The Grill is where they have live Greek entertainment & a bbq. Here we had six choices of meats & three fish plus salad bar. They also have a wine menu at extra cost if you don't want the All Inclusive wine. The Payot Bar is lots of fun with Djs all day next to a pool and evening DJ for a party night. We did it two nights and they played all eras of music. There is a rooftopbar for adults for the evening which looked brand new. In the day you can go the Adult Chill out bar that has a bar and no music. Nice for snoozes! The family pool has music and is much quieter with lots of double sunbed options - nice touch! The bar staff were friendly and generous with the AI drinks! It's the best pool for a swim. I loved the massage jet! We got beds here every day. The one behind payot bar there were beds & pool was nice. There are also arcade games here. The kids pool with the slides looked like it would be nice for children & families. I was impressed with the choices & we visited all the pools. The beach area was stunning and make sure you see the sunset and get the photographer to take...

Staff were friendly. Cleanliness in rooms and communal spaces was of a good standard.

It was a great stay the hotel was clean and well organised and the staff were always friendly and happy to help whenever needed. We had a great time at the water park and enjoyed the food on offer.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The staff truly made our experience memorable, especially the hotel manager, who was always available and quick to assist us with any issues. Their kindness and attentiveness were evident across all areas—from the reception to the restaurants and breakfast. We couldn’t get a late check out because the property was fully booked but we were invited for a lunch on our last day! We found it really nice and attentive, we were so glad about it. The property itself is beautifully maintained, and we loved the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast each morning. The beach was a highlight, with its soft sand and clear water, making it the perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had an amazing time. We would recommend the hotel more for families because there really are a lot of children around and there are no adults only parts. We also got a little goodbye present with olive oil and honey from Crete, it was so kind! The activities in the hotel are simply amazing! We took part in a 2h pottery class with a local potter, we loved it so much. They offer really cool stuff, such as yoga, cooking class, vegetable planting etc. We had a great time in the spa (golden body treatment) and Ioana had magic hands! My skin was so soft and all the tension went away after the massage.
