Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
Small and compact but had a touch of luxury. Giant tv with Netflix, excellent shower, kitchenette. Photos of the booking showed jaccuzi but the room did not include jaccuzi. I think it was lowest price room, but maybe booking photos need to be updated as the room is smaller than those on photos.
The convenience of location is all I can say positively. We used this as a last resort 'emergency' booking as an event was cancelled so had an extra night in London without accomodation.
We got a upgrade to executive room and being the guest of the day. Very nice touch from the team. Having the view of tower bridge was beautiful. Having a luxury room with free mini bar and bottle of wine. Made are experience at this hotel perfect.
We had booked a cocoon for 4 (expecting 2x double bunk beds) but we ended up with a free room upgrade to a cocoon for 8 (4x double bunk beds), so we had a double bed each - luxury! Fantastic location in the heart of theatreland and a gorgeous rainfall shower that was so good, as well as generally high quality fixtures and fittings (eg plug sockets in each bed area) - would love to come back and stay again.
Great stay, apartment is finished to an excellent standard. Luxury bedding and mattresses meant we all slept really well. The views of the o2 are amazing, waking up and hearing the waves so relaxing. Thanks Hannah, we will def stay again.
The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is very calm, reminds me of a few spa resorts I've stayed at before. Everything is clean and well spaced. Lovely place to stay
