The air-conditioned accommodation is 2.2 km from The Serpentine. The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. The Apartment is wonderful. Lovely interior - just like the pictures - and very comfortable (slept really well) with all the amenities available (kitchen, bathroom, tv, etc). Great shower too. It's very close to Paddington Station. I had a wheelie bag and it was very easy to walk to. The Host is A1. He was very helpful. Very cordial and mannerly. A real gentleman. I highly recommend this Apartment. 👌 it felt like home from home.

The convenience of location is all I can say positively. We used this as a last resort 'emergency' booking as an event was cancelled so had an extra night in London without accomodation.
We had booked a cocoon for 4 (expecting 2x double bunk beds) but we ended up with a free room upgrade to a cocoon for 8 (4x double bunk beds), so we had a double bed each - luxury! Fantastic location in the heart of theatreland and a gorgeous rainfall shower that was so good, as well as generally high quality fixtures and fittings (eg plug sockets in each bed area) - would love to come back and stay again.

The clarity and honesty of the owner and the ease of dealing with him, the place next to Harrods, you will enjoy the ease of access to the most beautiful tourist sites, you will see the luxury cars every day from the balcony of the apartment, I love the place of residence and I will return to it again
As a man who couldn't stand moving from one hostel to another, or stomach the high rents for the moment, I am highly elated by the hostels option to allow extension of my stay, so long as I pay. I do not expect luxury, but the facilities are abundant here; a kitchen, a laundry, multiple bathrooms, my personal key. Just what I need for the time being.
An amazing luxury hotel which was made extra special by the hotel staff. The relaxation area was superb and the room was very clean and spacious. The bar area was really nice for a drink before heading out in London. The finer details within the room made us feel really special.
The staff team were fantastic and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, like being at an all inclusive resort!
Location is perfect, paid for the cheapest double room and it is definitely worth the price I paid. It does nicely for short visits and is more of a commodity then a leisure experience, but what do you expect youre in the heart of croydon youre not at a beach resort. It was easy to book and check in and the staff were friendly even at 3am
