The lodge is equipped with a double bed, a working desk, a wardrobe, a kitchen and a bathroom. We especially liked the incredible view from the terrace. Ingrid was an amazing host, she was very caring and helpful. She booked great tours in the reserves around the area for us.

The entire stay from, the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, was a joy. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Jono was a fabulous safari ranger - we enjoyed three wonderful excursions with him- he's a wealth of information, is extremely enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge, is friendly and a joy to spend time with. Kayla welcomed us and ensured we were well taken care of our entire trip. The food was good, the rooms were fabulous! My favorite luxury was the hot bath which was drawn and awaiting us after each safari.... if I could only train my family to do this at home... ha ha! I would highly recommend Bush Lodge - and would love to return someday!

If you are looking for an authentic experience in the bush we would highly recommend! The guided were exceptional, the food was great, we had a lovely stay!

The lodge was beautiful and old world. The staff were great, particularly Mel the ranger on the game drives. Animals were amazing.

Our ranger Tim did his best to show us everything we wanted to see and more while making us feel safe and sharing great stories. Renzo and the staff made sure to be ahead of every of our needs. We even had the elephants coming to drink in the pool twice during our stay - it's not just great marketing ;)

Bukela Game Lodge ligger i Amakhalas viltreservat och har en utomhuspool, en bar och panoramautsikt över den afrikanska vildmarken. Easy to get to from PLZ, amazing staff, beautiful property and cabins, every meal was A+, and the game drives were so fun. Can’t say enough good things. And it’s worth saying again — EVERY member of the staff we interacted with was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, true pros.
