In 10 days in Vietnam, this was definitely the largest and most comfortable room. The service was impeccable. We had some problem with our dates and they changed them 2 times without any additional charges or fuss. Both me and my partner were completely spellbound by Mrs Mihn, the reception manager, she was an absolute star and we will always remember her smile and beautiful personality. Loved our stay. World class facilities. Used the well equipped gym daily, breakfast was absolutely perfect with SO many options. Probably my favorite breakfast of all our hotel stays around Vietnam. We enjoyed the location (we liked the more chilled beach) and walked/drove the scooter if we wanted to visit any of the others. The room with the sea view was great and appreciate the balcony and bath tub.

From the check-in, till last minute we stayed there, which was 23 days I think 🤔, we liked everything, the reception made us feel everyday very welcome ,including the guys at entrance ,who gave us the beach towels,the staff at the restaurant , from the Chef and all the waiters, were polite ,very caring, clean,and amazing food ( I worked 30 years in this business ) we ate there many times and the food was every time exceptional, already miss the (Pho noodles ,and bahn xeo,the sea food soup too ,the vegetables spring rolls,..really the whole menu.. The Spa staff, very professional, we had massages and Sauna to the hotel and some other places too, we like the most at the hotel and one another place, to the hotel the whole package from the Sauna ,the massage rooms, the staff ,the massage beds, very clean and always smelling perfect, thousand percent recommend that place 😀 Over all the best 5 star I've stayed so far, in the top of all ,just can't stay without mention her, the most charming and professional executive assistant manager, -miss Phuong ,-thank you for making us feel ( me and my cousin)very welcome everyday ,asking us every time if we needed anything, just to make sure we've got everything to make our holiday unforgettable in that place 😊 Till next time TMS ,see you soon...
