Lucky to find this one on arrival in Bar Harbor in peak leaf peeping season. If you like history, this place is for you. Two town houses beautifully converted into bed and breakfast accommodation with historic furniture and hiding away just behind the main street. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, especially Marina (all the way from Serbia) and Walker. Breakfasts are cooked to order - very nice and original but not contemporary US breakfasts. Forget the brick, glass and concrete hotels and come and stay here. Highly recommended.

He answered all of our questions and provided recommendations for dinner and things to do. Our trip was last minute and a mini honeymoon. He prepared a surprise treat for us which was more than anything I could have expected. The breakfast was fantastic! We will definitely be back and stay at this beautiful cottage. Thank you for an unforgettable time. ❤️
