Hotel in Billings
Avid hotels Billings West, an IHG Hotel is offering accommodations in Billings. The property is non-smoking throughout and is located 9.2 miles from MetraPark. Except for not having waffles, the breakfast was amazing. They had almond milk as well as regular milk. They had bacon/egg bites similar to the ones Starbucks sells. The hotel was amazingly clean even in the middle of a snow storm with folks tromping in with wet shoes. It's about a year old, so that helps. The pool even had a swivel chair to allow a disabled person to get into the pool more easily. They sell a variety of snacks and frozen meals if you need that. They have a 24 hour gym. They also had electric car chargers in their parking lot.

I have been to Bozeman more times than I can remember. It's ok I guess. It's in the middle of nowhere (Montana) what do you think is so special about that? You're a bunch of redneck inbred hillbillies!!
Location is very close to the Northwest entrance of Yellowstone National Park especially if you are flying in from Bozeman Montana. After seeing the northern part of the park, it would be better to move to a location more towards the middle or southern part of the park.
This is classic Montana. Snow-capped mountains in every direction. Huge lake for swimming/boating/fishing. A racing river that was one location for a hit movie. Good accommodations and food.
Libby is a wonderful small Montana town with a beautiful river and mountains surrounding it. There is great fishing in the area and all those in town we meet were very friendly and helpful.
Whitefish was on my bucket list and it didn't disappoint! The perfect location to see Montana and access Glacier National Park. We took three adult children and 4 grandchildren it was the trip of a lifetime! Shout out to Great Northern Adventures, be sure to take the Flathead river scenic raft float with dinner. Worth every penny. We went in August and there are plenty of thing for kids to do on the mountain! Five stars from us! The road to the sun in Glacier is a must do. We were there at the beginning of the wildfires August,2017. Hoping the damage was not too severe!
Flathead Lake is gorgeous and has a lot of recreational options. Glacier is nearby, but we didn't go there because of the fires. It is such a sad situation with the fires in the west this year. Over 100,000 acres were destroyed in Montana alone. Climate change is real and we can't let it destroy our wild areas.
Lots of shopping, Mall was great. Restaurants were good, MacKenzie River Pizza, Montana Bar & Grill. It was very easy getting around, traffic was good. The Conrad Mansion Museum, was great !!!
Bozeman is amazing, the atmosphere is totally inviting. There are so many great restaurants & shopping places, that its hard to choose because they are all great. I always enjoy myself when I'm in Bozeman, I'd totally recommend people to visit Bozeman, Montana. I can't say anything bad about Bozeman.
Love Bozeman you have national parks within minutes - the great MSU rodeo team and several museums My children loved the dinosaur museum the most. I had no idea of the dinosaur artifacts in Montana Montana has so much history and great for families with children at any age if you have kids and want to keep them active and submerge them in American history - -Bozeman is a great epacenter to start a family vacation
I could write books on what there is to love about Butte, Montana! I have loved it for over 35 years & the passion I feel for it grows constantly. There is so much history, pride, & endless scouring of this city to be done. In all the years I have loved it I never stop learning, never stop finding new experiences. Locals are so friendly & if one delves into the spirit & history of Butte, you’ll be hooked for life as I am. There is no other city like Butte, America! For the visitor targeting highlights, checking out Uptown Butte, the Berkeley Pit, the World Museum of Mining, the Finlen Hotel, Our Lady of the Rockies, the various mining headframes around the city, the trolley ride which initiates at the Chamber of Commerce, the Clark Chateau, the Copper King Mansion, lots of local restaurants, & so much more are a good start. Get in the spirit of what Butte was & is & you’ll be hooked as I am. Fascinating, unique, wonderful city.
The beds are SUPER comfortable and the hotel is super cute. It is like sleeping on a cloud. I am really grateful to have a really great price at a super short notice. The bunk house is really cute and I am very grateful that it was really safe. I came in at 11 pm and left at 6:30 am. I was grateful that the staff was able to help me even though it was after hours. On top of everything THEY HAVE MONTANA COFFEE TRADERS COFFEE in the morning! They clearly know where the good stuff is at. Very grateful for the stay, would def. come again.
West Yellowstone
I have no complaints about this little hotel. Rooms were small but as expected. The receptionist was super sweet and a nice personalized note in our room was a surprise. Decor was perfectly Montana. We ate at the Buffalo down the street which was also great. Everything is in walking distance. The danishes and coffee were also an added bonus. Ice and laundry on site. Beds were super comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone. Price was also cheaper than other hotels.
The kids were in Heaven with the pool and the reception cookies! The hotel has a lodge ambience, perfect for Montana. The beds were comfy, we slept great. The rooms were clean and came with a fridge and microwave. There were lots of options for breakfast, the sausage was great and they brought out gluten free bagels for my celiac granddaughter, which made her smile. The breakfast staff was super nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
It was in the perfect location nestled right above the north gate to Yellowstone National Park. We also loved the picturesque neighborhood scattered with beautiful golden-yellow Aspen trees. It was a great place to experience Autumn for the first time in all its glory. In addition, in the quaint city of, Granier, Montana, the hotel was sitting close to restaurants and a friendly grocery store.
It was a great price for an area so close to an entrance for Yellowstone National Park! We enjoyed our stay; it’s conveniently located to the road we needed to take. My husband really loved the fact that in addition to eggs and sausage, there were also biscuits and gravy! Many hotels in this area (and in Montana in general) don’t know what biscuits and gravy are!
Nice hotel with good breakfast located just at the entrance of West Yellowstone gate. Staff were welcoming and the room was convenient with two queen size beds , a coffee maker (Coffee and tea was available at the kitchen 24/7 which is a great bonus) and a refrigerator, We enjoyed staying and visiting this beautiful place in Montana.
Every time we stay in great falls Montana, we stay at the Heritage Inn . The staff are always very friendly, rooms are always clean. The pool is nice and warm, I can bring my baby in there. The location is somewhat central. It is a bit of a stretch to target, and the outdoor waterpark, otherwise it’s close to Walmart, the gas station etc.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was exactly what you expect from Montana; rustic, western decor with a warm stone fireplace and friendly service. The free breakfast was good and the facility was very clean. The view of the mountains was amazing and we had quick access to so many restaurants & shopping venues.
Bozeman
Second time I've stayed here while driving across Montana. I'd be happy to stay here again. It's a wonderful refresh of the classic roadside motel. Nice rooms with fun decorative touches. The bathroom is huge and very nice. The drive thru (walk-up) coffee shop right next door is super convenient.
Good room, great shower and comfortable bedding and there can't be many hotels in the world with a view like this one. You come out of your room first thing in the morning, stand in the car park and Montana smiles at you from the mountains. Another breathtaking day in the Big Sky state awaits...
Gardiner
The room was large, very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the Montana border in case you wanted to visit a nearby casino. The hotel was so close to everything in Gardiner, nice restaurants, outside bar overlooking the Yellowstone River, great people.
The hotel was very nice, better than anticipated and super convenient for the airport. The Montana vibe was a great introduction to the state for our short visit. Heath, who checked us in, was very welcoming which was a lovely way to greet two weary travellers.
Your towels are so soft. They felt just great. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was good with the normal choices. We felt safe in the area. This hotel is just across the street from the "Montana" which is a great place for dinner.
Bigfork
Communication with us was great and proactive. Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Of the 8 nights we were in Montana, we stayed at 4 different hotels and The Islander had the most comfortable bed and pillows. We really liked it.
Everything within the hotel's control. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water, which has been a problem with a different hotel in the area. Cold showers in Montana in the winter aren't fun.
location & cleanliness - Rai at the front desk was great! Prices of hotels in Montana have skyrocketed. This was a decent value, though I did split the cost with my co-travelers.
I really enjoy my time there from the beginning to the ending, the staff was very warm, when I come to Montana to visit my grandson again I would love to get the same hotel,
The location was fine but there was a camper parked outside of our room which was an odd experience since we are not from Montana.
Attractive architecture and bright, clean well designed rooms! Wonderfully friendly staff with Montana charm
Beautiful old hotel with very good bar/restaurant. There is very little else in Three Forks, Montana.
