The common area is great, there is a swimming pool open 24h and a nice place to eat and play games very comfy. The owner is amazingly nice and made us feel very welcome, she even shared some activities that were happening in the city during our stay.

Firefly is located in Bagamoyo, 60 km north of Dar es Salaam. The guest house has an outdoor pool and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The food and staff are exceptional! We really had a fabulous weekend! We travelled with our two children (6 and 2) and they really enjoyed the outside and pool area. The prices are really also very good, and they staff really go beyond to make your stay memorable. When you are there, try the stuffed chicken, I think I would have eaten the plate too if I could chew it, it was THAT GOOD! We really enjoyed Bagamoyo as a whole, next time we are trying their Zanzibar property.
