Questo hotel sorge ai margini del deserto del Sahara a Douz, nella Tunisia centrale. Vanta 2 piscine e un centro termale e benessere con massaggi e trattamenti rilassanti. I've been in most of the hotels in Douz, and in my opinion, this is the best one in town. The reception service was nice, the person behind the desk was chatty and funny. The room was neat and comfortable, with a nice pool view. The swimming pool is big enough and looks pretty.

Situata a Douz, a 5 km dalla Grande Duna Douz, la Maison de Sable offre sistemazioni con salotto in comune, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un giardino e un barbecue. Ho letto tante recensioni su questo posto e ormai ho imparato a riconoscere quelle negative scritte da persone con uno spirito di adattamento pressocché nullo! Alloggiare qui è stata un'esperienza che custodiremo gelosamente nei nostri cuori. Il proprietario è stato di una gentilezza e premura d'altri tempi. Ci ha organizzato l'escursione nel deserto con i dromedari ad un ottimo prezzo. Ci ha consigliato dove mangiare in città e al mattino ci ha fatto trovare la tavola imbandita per la colazione proprio in mezzo alla sabbia. È un posto fuori dal mondo nel quale ho visto uno dei cieli stellati più belli in vita mia. Se non temete di avere un po' di sabbia sul pavimento della camera, andate tranquilli! D'altro canto si chiama "La casa di sabbia!"

Faima is a recently renovated villa in Douz, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has inner courtyard views. Very good place. Modern. Fatima is lovely and speaks English, German and can communicate in French. 100% recommend. She helped us get quad bikes rental at a discount. Everything was amazing!
