The historic Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden is located in the Stockholm Archipelago, a 20-minute drive from Stockholm city centre. The staff was super friendly. Very clean and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

A quiet location, but accessible by bus or ferry from Stockholm. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We went on their free fortress tour, and they gave us a lift to the ferry. There are lots of lovely places to admire the views, including the cruise ships going by.

Food (lunch/dinner) and beer was great, service also. Beds comfy. Great trails for walks, good sauna and nice spots for a swim and amazing views. This was my first time visiting here so I was pretty excited about everything. Family owned I assume, old cozy maintained building and facilities. Grinda is a beautiful small island.

This early 1900s property is in Nynäshamn, on Trehörningen Island. It offers spa treatments, panoramic sea views and fine dining. Stockholm city centre is just 45 minutes’ drive away. Property was fantastic, really beautiful spa setup. So cozy for a little getaway from the city

Smådalarö Gård Hotell & Spa is a unique and all year-round destination with curated experiences for all senses. Very nice and welcoming. Brought my family here and we didn’t want to leave. The rooms are big for Sweden and very comfortable.
