An excellent location for families with children. The hotel is on the slopes. You can rent all your ski equipment from the hotel. The food is very, very good, the rooms are very clean and modern, the beds are comfortable. The spa area is very well maintained and has many saunas and good. I recommend the hotel for a dream skiing vacation.

But this time we were really impressed with total perfection: room quality, location, food in restaurant, service and price to quality balance. If you came to Kopaonik for skiing - it is absolute must to visit Jošanićka banja for thermal bathing and stay at least one night in this nice, clean and cute hotel - just enjoy perfect dinner in the evening and excellent breakfast in the morning. Just 'WOW!'

The swimming pool is amazing. The food is very nice, they serve fresh fruit as well. The hotel is not in the center which makes it a perfect place to escape the city. The rooms are very clean. The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

The room was awesome! Everything is new and it is very clean. Everyone from the staff from reception to restaurant staff were extremely friendly and caring.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grey Hotel in Kopaonik! This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

We have been here many times and I hope we will have opportunities to come again many times. Excellent, profesional and very kind staff from reception, restaurant, ski room, spa. Extraordinary breakfast, fantastic food in restaurant and bar, clean room, parking and the best ski-to-door.
