The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

This gorgeous hotel is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal for a restful night's sleep. Our room had a breathtaking mountain view, and the fresh, cool air only added to our restful sleep. The hotel has recently expanded, with a new addition opening in December 2023, and everything feels fresh and modern. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that kept us full for the rest of the day. The staff were all polite, helpful, and nearly everyone spoke English, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Grey Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kopaonik. We can’t wait to return!

Objekat Grey Family Hotel je smešten na 150 metara od četiri ski-lifta na Kopaoniku i nudi sobe i direktan izlaz na ski-stazu. Takođe raspolaže restoranom i barom. The location was perfect, also the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable. We liked the breakfast and food in the restaurant. Ski renting and accessing the ski slopes were easy. Strongly suggest the massage in the hotel; the spa and massage staff were experts. We enjoyed our holiday and thinking of coming back to Kopaonik in the future.
