The staff were super helpful, friendly and professional. Food was of a high standard and very tastey. The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

Great view, fresh air, excelent food. Owner and personnel are very warm and nice. I was with my family (2 adults+2 children's) and I had an apartment. Rooms and the beds are excelent, comfortable and clean.

Golija mountain is a gem and still one with nature. The property has a breathtaking view of the mountains. The butik hotel is very cozy & clean. The spa is calm and not crowded at all. The staff is very welcoming and nice (even got some home made cookies in the room). The restaurant is excellent.

The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!

Grey Family Hotel menawarkan kamar-kamar di Kopaonik, 150 meter dari 4 lift ski dan menyediakan akses ski langsung. The location was perfect, also the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable. We liked the breakfast and food in the restaurant. Ski renting and accessing the ski slopes were easy. Strongly suggest the massage in the hotel; the spa and massage staff were experts. We enjoyed our holiday and thinking of coming back to Kopaonik in the future.
