It was the perfect location for a night on the Transfăgărășan. The hotel is a 15 minute drive away from the highest point of the road and Bâlea Lake. Our room had a view on a beautifull waterfall, which is a very relaxing sight to wake up too. Room had everything we needed and a good shower. Breakfast was simple but good, and the restaurant was decent and has a good variery of local dishes. Would recommend the Papanași and a shot of Pálinka for the cold mountain weather. Overall great stay and would love to come back!

We booked two nights here because it was not known in advance whether the Transfăgărășan highway would be open in June and maybe it will be necessary to use the cable car (The station is nearby, but it has strange operating principles, the rules are made up on the spot by the staff - be prepared to wait). Although the traffic had already been restored, there were not many people in the hotel. The rooms are basic, but everything is ok.

We chose this accommodation to stop on our way to Transfagarasan. Upon our arrival, we received a cup of fresh berries, which was a very nice surprise. Kids loved the countryside life were the property is located. The hosts were very friendly, the apartment is amazing with all the amenities, very clean, parking right within property. Communication with the host was excellent and gave us clear directions. Highly recommended!

This accommodation was very nice and stylish. We had a comfortable bed and a small terrace (balcony) on the ground floor. It was very quiet there, no noise from the street. This small newly built hotel is administered by Monica, a very friendly woman who helped us a lot with information about Transfagarasan and recommended a nice place to eat as well as places to see in the city. Her English was very good.

Very nice rustic Romanian house. A nice hot tub (for extra additional costs). Ideal for a group of friends. Every room comes with their own private bathroom. The hosts were waiting for us and were very nice. A very nice atmosphere beside the river. Airco downstairs available. Free Covered parking. Nice apartment, white theme. Rooms were good enough for friends and family. Very comfortable. Cooking facility and enough pan and utensils. Hot water in bathroom. 2 television. I stayed here to cover Transfagarasan road trip. I recommend for family and group of Friends. Book your stay without a second thought.

Good location, you can use it as a start point on the north Transfagarasan road. Parking is literally in 5 meters in front of apartment. Hosts are polite. You can use barbecue, if you'd like to. Beautiful view from the territory. Bears may come to visit you at night, so keep the doors closed :)

Big and spacious common kitchen, well equipped to take breakfast or to prepare a meal. Clean apartment with a cool wooden design. A cozy open terrace on the upper floor for chilling, reading and playing around for kids. The location is convenient to start the Transfagarasan trip.

Great stay after long day on Transfăgărășan road. We had 2 double beds. The flat is very clean and spacious. The staff really friendly and helpful. We get treat with nice tasty coffee and tea. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel building. The is a play yard for the kids.

the location is perfect just before the Transfagarasan road. the room is nice. the 2 bedroom are upstairs. there is free parking next to the place there is a nice playground for kids and a river to sit near. The kids liked the triangle appearance of the place.

We were two adults and two kids (11 and 12 y/o) and stayed for one night, as we finished the transfagarasan. The apartment is clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. For the price we paid this is a very good deal.

Nice and quiet location right next to the Transfagarasan, has a dedicated parking space. Owners were very friendly and knew English well. Room was spacious and comfortable. There's a kitchen and fridges. There was even a cat!

Excellent hotel to finalize our Transfagarasan road trip. The room was very comfortable. We had a great rest in the room. The in-house restaurant has splendid dinner options, and the included breakfast was great.

The location was great if you're starting transfagarasan road trip from the North side. The staff were friendly and were quick to respond to any questions. They also helped us when our car got stuck.
