The hotel was super responsive, helpful, polite and has everything you needed. The staff was fantastic, food was great, location beautiful and convenient and facilities are great. It’s an excellent price point so we’re giving it a very high rating. The restaurant is fantastic too!

I just had the best time at this amazing hotel! The staff's hospitality was top-notch. They welcomed us with a drink and showed us around the hotel. It was my husband's birthday, so the hotel made it super special by giving us a nicer room! Also, the staff set up fun things for us to do, like a boat trip and wine tasting at a nearby winery, which I highly recommend! The hotel has an outdoor heated pool and an indoor pool with saunas. Perfect for chilling out. And the breakfast was seriously the best ever – so many tasty choices! To sum it up, this hotel rocks! The staff is awesome, the food is great, and the place itself is just so cool.

The hotel was in a very nice location and within walking distance of downtown Viseu. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. The bedroom was terrific, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was great and featured a good selection of fruits, fresh fruit juices, hot dishes, cereals, bread and desserts. All in all, everything was terrific.
