My now, fiancée and I think this is our favorite stay yet, beating even the highly acclaimed hotels in manila and cebu. Epic suites set themselves above the rest. The location is a seren getaway, and the scenic view of the sunrise is breathtaking. Online communication is quick and helpful. The cats are friendly, hanging around the club, brings a smile to any pet lover. The diverse food selection was professionally prepared and delicious at a fair price. I praise them for the excellent service, it goes above and beyond what I was expecting.

Conveniently set in the Manoc-Manoc district of Boracay, The Paragon Boracay Suites is located 300 metres from White Beach Station 3, 500 metres from White Beach Station 2 and 800 metres from Bulabog... I had a hard time picking my accommodation as there were just SO MANY options in Boracay. This was in a prime location located right next to a diving center and 7-11 – and immediately a less than 1-min walk up to the beach. This place was so easy to find. Location aside, I was blown away with their hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. After staying at 5 different accoms in Boracay, trust me when I say the gold standard they uphold is bar none. The hotel manager Ellen made me feel at home; friendly, personable, and professional. As a solo traveler, she made sure to check up on me and I was able to hear about her travel recommendations around the Philippines and personal stories too. Forget about the hotel chains and big-scale hotels. For reference I stayed at La Carmela de Boracay before moving here. The staff at La Carmela simply could not meet my needs because of the volume of people coming and going. Plus, no wifi and really dimly lit rooms with maybe a cleanliness level of 7/10 at best? The team here at The Paragon is so attentive they made me feel like a queen. I hope they never change. And more travelers should be patronising them – I’m just glad I did. I miss Ellen already ❤️

Moalboal was a nice place. Resorts in panagsama beach offered good services. But panagsama beach itself, does not compare to the beautiful beaches in other parts of Visayas. We opted to go to Kawasan Falls in a nearby town, Badian. It is definitely a must for all travellers to visit. After that, we were able to go to Osmena Peak before going back to Moalboal. Great trip for couples but getting around might be difficult if you don't have your own means of transportation.
Much better than Ormoc, would recommend foreigners to go to Cebu only especially this hospital if you are in the Visayas Region.

Excellent shopping malls with entertainment especially on festival season. Centrally located in the Visayas for flight, boat and bus trips around the islands. Heavy traffic during rush hours and rain stressed your patience.
Cebu can be like any bustling South East Asian city if you only explore the surface. However it has so much to offer and makes a great base for exploring the Visayas. The city itself has some great Spanish colonial buildings with rich history as well as their beautiful churches. I go there with friends and my husband annually and we avoid a lot of the 'western' style places and try to hang out with the locals - we have been visiting for 15 years and have made some life long friends. The people have a high level of English which for an English speaker makes it a lot easier to make friends and get around the island(s). We usually go to Philippines for 3 to 4 weeks and stay off and on in Cebu 5-7 days between island hopping around the surrounding islands. You can find some great local food and quite cheaply, you just need to ask around. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, then central city of Cebu isnt where you will find it. It is vibrant, a bit crazy, friendly and full of celebrations. The surrounding islands provide the relaxed and beautiful nature island life and Cebu is a great base to get to them as it has a port going to a lot of the islands. Check out the historic places and do your research on where you wish to visit, it is a large city and it is better to have an idea of what you want to achieve whilst you are there before you arrive. We have always had a great time in Cebu/Philippines with an open mind and patience - it is full of wonderful surprises and fun times!
Great place to Base your visit to Visayas. The traffic enroute to the beaches can be soul killing. If Malls are your thing check out the Ayala mall and the SM City mall. Don't miss out on Oslob and Kawasan falls. The Santo Nino Cathedral is worth a visit

It really is like the Manila of the Visayas. Its high rise buildings, night life, malls, heavy traffic and those busy and crowded streets.
Melting pot of the West Visayas. A booming city with improving facilities and structures. Taxis are everywhere so it is easy to mive around. A lot of Hotels and Restaurant to choose from. A great combination of an old town and modern city with Mandurriao Area really a class A business location and Assembly facilities. I hope they don't overdo the crowding and keep the place safe for tourist like me.
The hotel is directly connected to Robinson's Galleria Mall giving access to the stores and restaurants in the complex. It is also close to the piers for those who use the ports of Cebu to travel to the other islands in the Visayas. The room was generous in size, comfortable, and relatively clean.
The venue is superior compared to other hotels in the county in terms of design. Not only for business, but caters for special events in the city. Well designed and international. Very surprised to find such a property in the Visayas, yet alone Bacolod.
The staff are very accommodating. I liked that the place had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel was also accessible. There was brownout/blackout all over West Visayas during our entire visit but we had a good stay.
This place is amazing. The staff are beautiful people and the management are exceptional. I lost my wallet while I stayed there and the excellent people of this hotel helped me as much as they could. After I left they found my wallet and they are posting it back to me. I cannot fault this place and comes highly recommended. Thank you for an excellent experience.
In my room which is I can view the ocean and the 3rd bridge of Cebu city connecting to Cordova.
When you stay on Boracay, you should be located close to White Beach (the best beach on the island). This hotel is located on white beach station 3 (there is 1,2 and 3). There are some other nice hotels, but rather far. The hotel has direct access to the beach. On the right side, you can go kiting. This is the only location where are kiters. The hotel is not so big but has all you need, the stuff is amazing and very helpful. Every evening the hotel was providing the bus to go to White Beach Station 2, where the most things going on the island, it is for free, when wanted to come back they will pick you up. We had a double floor apartment with a jacuzzi on the roof it was very nice, could ho there during the night we stayed there with our 2 kids and wad enough space, we got extra bed. Weather - we were there from 2- 8 October, and the weather forecast was showing rain every day. When we arrived, it was raining mostly at night and during the day for a short time, like on Caribbean. However, it was cloudy, and we could spend more time outside. When there is sunny weather, it is so hot that everybody is looking for a shadow and staying outside of the beach. In general, don't trust the weather forecast, and you shouldn't worry about travelling to Boracy. To conclude, we were very happy from our stay and really like the hotel.

The hotel itself and the beach
Stayed here because it's right next to the busstop, but we were pleasantly surprised by this excellent hotel. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is very helpfull and friendly and the breakfast buffet is great.

The Lind has a perfect beach front view 😍 and their staffs are the BEST!! very Friendly and accommodating, full of smiles and one time I lost my card somewhere in the garden and was returned to me. I would surely come back in our next vacation 😍
