The staf was very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean...they came right away when you needed something...we ordered some food for dinner and you didn't wait very long.. I made a special request to put some roses leaves and buns of roses for my wife. For our 10 years anniversary..and .they arrange everything. Jem was the best! She took very good care of me in the short time I spent on Samal Island and encouraged me to try many activities. Had a great time snorkelling (sooo many corals and fishes!) and kayaking too. Also a great cook and gave many good recommendations for things to do at Samal Island. As someone who has never stepped foot on Philippines / Samal Island, I also appreciate the very detailed explanation that was given on how to get from Davao Airport to the resort prior to the trip.

Peal Farm left us committed to exploring Samal, Davao and the other beautiful parts of the Glorious Country the Philippines. There is really no reason to vacation at locations such as Hawaii where the prices and hospitality don’t even compare to Pearl Farm Resort My Wife and I thank the Guest experience manager and the entire team and staff (literally every staff member we saw greeted us and took care of us) we will definitely visit again with more family

I have stayed at Inspiria Abreeza on 3 occasions, twice by myself and once with my fiance and stepdaughter Every stay has been good, staff are friendly, rooms have always been clean and tidy, the location is great with Abreeza Mall next door and the hotel is central to many of Davao City attractions. I have no hesitation to continue to rebook and stay here as i have had acceptable stays. Looking forward to my next visit to Davao City Philippines

I had an amazing stay and we’ll definitely book this property again in future.. The unit provided basic toiletries and inside slippers which you feel like a hotel stay.. The bed is comfy, the owner and the assistant are responsive and very nice people including the guards + the location is just next door to Abreeza Mall and one ride to center of Davao.
Right in the middle of the city. Near enough to great places to eat and see. Walking distance to People's park. Love Davao. Amazing city. Felt surprisingly safe and amazingly clean. First time in Davao. Just to see why it's mayor became the president of the Philippines. Now I know. We need more politicians of Davao for national positions.

Convenient. Located just next to SM Lanang, one of the biggest shopping centre in Davao. What I love is that this hotel has direct access to the mall, bypassing the lobby, which is great. I love the Junior Suite room. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff were attentive, helpful and accommodating.
I extended my stay here while I was in Davao. I liked its location. Very close to the night market as well as malls and different establishments such as restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. I was able to enjoy my free time because of how close the hotel was to these locations. (even KTV spots)

Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Good shower with hot water. Bit outdated but if you can look past that you get some of the best value/money in the old center of Davao. Note: i was staying in the deluxe queen double bed room.
Location is superb .. its accessible to all public transport and its at the center of davao city. Roxas night market is just across the hotel. Theres an affordable cafe at the ground floor with delish pastries.

Spacious enough for 2 and well designed and comfortable studio apartment, with cooking and cleaning , in Davao that is super close to abreeza mall and near alot of the jeep stops to get around the city.
The last time that we were in Davao, we stayed on an expensive hotel but we were not satisfied with the cleanliness. With OYO Chateau, we are happy with the service and cleanliness.
