Nice and clean walkable city (Poblacion) with some remarkable buildings and place of interests. We also enjoyed one day tour at Samal Island for Swimming. Especially the Peoples Parc, the Tribal Village at Magsaysay Parc, the Long Hua Chinese Temple and the Philippine Eagle Center was worth a visit. Their Night market was good for eating fresh seafoods but somewhat overrated and a bit touristy. I was expected a bit more local shops etc.

It was generally a peaceful City. Public transportation was excellent because of easy access to taxis and other types of public transportation. Taxi drivers were kind and will show you the best route to go to your destinations.

Samal - def go for at least a day and explore the island.

Malagos Resort Farm - must see for kids. Go as early as possible, maybe even spend a night there to truly enjoy the place.
Philippine Eagle Center is nearby.
We spent 3 nights at a resort and 3 nights in the city. This included a wedding in between.
The airport is very hot. I recommend go in light clothing during departure.

A cultural, culinary and social desert. A sprawling city with no redeeming features choaked by dreadful traffic and appalling drivers with locals seemingly trying to rip you off at any and every opportunity.

Anything u need they will do for u wherever its changing u towels to giving u information . And they always give u a good service definitely the best place I've stayed at and will do so again in the near future. My 3rd stay here now on this trip . Location is excellent, not far from the centre, People's Park, Roxas Night Market and a few malls. Room price was very good and kettle was supplied. Also had a separate card for electricity so could keep fridge and Aircon running when out of the room.
The accomodation was very clean and well appointed very quiet with a pool to relax in till 10pm.
Also within walking distance to SM City.
We would recommend a stay to those looking for davao accomodation
The unit had complete and beatiful amenities. Situated at the top floor. You have fantastic views of Davao City scape. Room was large and spacious. It was right beside Abreeza so it was very convenient.
