After a short commotion, bcoz of rules, when we entered our room, what I really like are, it's presentable, the room, comfy and clean, classy.. It's like a home for us , like our own house.. You can cook ,and enjoy whatever you want. Very accessible to the city and walking distance from the mall.. We have a thought to stay again when we come back to Davao. Thank you host!!

Un grande complesso immobiliare, di 5 piani, con guardiania di controllo all'ingresso. Spazi verdi comuni per gioco e barbacue e piscina. L'appartamento è pulito ed ordinato con cucina completa, lavatrice e balconcino dove asciugare. TV satellitare, piccolo salotto con divano e tappeto / zona notte diviso con scorrevole a vetri. Buona assistenza di persone cortesi e disponibili. Buona posizione in zona poco trafficata, lontana dal centro città, ma vicina a Mall of Davao.

I loved everything about this hotel and the staff, The location was perfect and walk across the side road and your at the mall, close to the other places we needed to go to. Alvin the doorman was exceptional in his role and so helpful, he needs a wage raise, the girls at the front desk were so helpful in checking in, telling me about what's around and pointing out places of interest. The staff at the restaurant were great, so helpful and smiling all the time which must be hard to do. The buffet food was really nice and a good variety and selection was available. All up, I can't think of one negative comment. Top hotel and I will be staying again for sure. Thanks to all the staff there that made our stay a pleasurable and memorial one as well.

Some of the staffs are accommodating but it was not a good experience.
It was an incredible stay at Pearl Farm where we celebrated our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We still look forward to return, hopefully together with our families. We loved the view, atmosphere and the whole place!
The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was also well equipped and great for long stays too.
Everything. So far this is the best Go Hotel that we have been to.
