Customer service was excellent!!! Highly recommended. Mr. Luis Pérez was very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond. Room was all equipped, comfortable and clean. Food was good was well. I would love to come back son.

Hotel Aural in Cajamarca features 3-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The place is as clean as could be. Simple room which suited me. Windows faced inner courtyard that is roofed in so noise is minimized. Breakfast doesn’t change but is adequate and service with that is good. Lunch and dinners offered but I didn’t partake. No English while I was there but some staff accommodated me with App translators which got the job done. Bed was very comfortable. It was my second visit to Cajamarca in past year and I can say with some history that there are only a few places in the center of this great city that surpass this hotel in cleanliness and service.
