There was no breakfast but none was expected. The location was interesting with both a Park and the Waikato River within easy walking distance. Some would call the area Refugee central, which made for colourful ethnic diversity as people came and went from the many apartment complexes, but also surprisingly quiet as most seemed to be empty although perhaps many were away for the long weekend to escape the concert scheduled to take place in the Park on the Sunday.
Our one night stay here was enjoyable. Staff were extremely helpful & courteous. The hotel was extremely busy as a cricket test was on in Hamilton at the time of our stay, but there were plenty of staff working to cover car parking and a very busy breakfast service. Our room, which was exceptionally clean had a view of the Waikato River. The hotel is well located in the town center with heaps of near by bars and restaurants.

Was absolutely amazing, right next to Waikato Hospital. The apartment was very spacious and had a huge outside balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped even having a washing machine and dish washer. The bed was super comfortable. The whole amarment was immaculate. We picked the key up from another location close by. The owner was so friendly and made sure that if we had any issues to contact her immediately.

The room worked well for my family. The bedroom had a large bed and two twins in the living room. May have been less comfortable for a long stay, but perfect for us to attend an event at Waikato Stadium. The walk to the stadium was extremely easy and convenient. The manager on the property was extremely nice and helpful.

Location was amazing. Right in front of the lake and only 5 minutes from the town centre. The room itself felt quite luxurious, it's obviously an old building but it's been renovated as good as it can be. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom was even bigger and the balcony/hot tub area was great. Quite baby proof too.
