After traveling for over 24 hours, everyone at this hotel was cheerful, helpful, and kind. The room was tidy and functional. We had drinks on the patio and followed the staff's recommendations for dinner. All the staff working on December 27 and 28th were amazing. We could have stayed longer.

I was there for a Test match and until my flight home. The location was a bit outside the city but it was a simple bus trip, a few different buses, too: transport was good. This city has some lovely gardens and a gorgeous cricket ground. Recommend a visit.

Hamilton gardens are very beautiful and it was a great experience.
We were surprised about the important size of the city, and we would like to recommend Hamilton to our friends. It' s good because there are many shopping centres in the city and just next door from Novotel.

We visited specifically to wander through the gardens once again, we ate at the pub and Speights ale house. We wandered through the city and got to know it a bit better, as well as interact with the locals

It was my first time going to Hamilton for a trip and it was pretty cool! I loved how surrounded by nature it was and how much quieter it was compared to Auckland. Maybe it's just me but I loved how it felt like nature was everywhere around me and it was so peaceful.
We used Ubers to get around and it was pretty easy to do so. There are people who are super helpful and willing to help you as well.
We only went for two days, but I would have loved to extend the stay. I will definitely go back eventually, but super stoked to see what else is out there.

Near new property with luxury finish, very spacious and in a lovely location up above Hamilton Lake. The equipment levels are very good. We had a very comfortable 2 night stay and found the location nice and central for visiting nearby attractions (Hobbiton and the Waitomo caves).
The staff are friendly yet professional. They were also very considerate of my request to a possibility of checking in early as we arrived in Hamilton earlier than usual check in time. Location is very convenient and the ambiance of the hotel overall is good.
Great place to stay, had car parks at the hotel which helped as hamilton is all paid parking and busy. Central location good variety of places to eat. Cafe next door was great.
Will book again
