This hostel is very cozy with beautiful location right by the lake. Our favourite part was the breakfast which was delicious, had a good selection, and since the weather was good we could have it on a balcony with a lake view. The hostel also had everything else we needed - a kitchen with the most important supplies and it was even possible to rent a sauna (which we did not). We came to Voss to join an activity by Outdoors Norway and the hostel was very near the meeting point but also not far from the train station.

The owner John was very cooperative and patient. We bothered him a lot to open for us the barrier on the private road on our way to the apartment, and every time he answers us quickly with no complaint. The property was nice, clean and well equipped. The terrace was lovely and we enjoyed the views over the mountains from it every morning. The cabin area is very nice and scenic, even there is a real waterfall few meters away from the property! I would like to stay here again in my next visit to Voss.

Bridget and her family have been wonderful hosts, also providing delicious breakfast and even dinner on request. Even some toys for our kids :) Very friendly atmosphere where you can meet other travelers and share meals all together. If you like more personal experiences than hotels, don't hesitate. The house is big, the rooms are cozy and the location is conveniently close to Voss and Bergen. Thank you very much, we'll do it again if we come back to Norway!

The multi-level villa was cozy, warm, nicely decorated and very clean. It was also well equipped and we used the kitchen to cook dinner every night. The views from the terrace and from the garden over the lake are breathtaking. Do not forget to go down to the basement from the internal stairs to enjoy the lake from ground level view. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Voss.

Outstanding hotel .. outstanding staff. A little shout out to Daria who was a delightful waitress … very personable.. and helped me get to the bus stop and train station in Voss. I very much appreciated her assistance and company on the walk to the bus stop and ride to the train station. Thank you Daria and hotel staff.

Wonderful old world charm , and furniture and art . In the same family for 150 years . Vibrant atmosphere of young trendies and families as well as some tour groups and more sophisticated older couples and small groups . The hotel accommodates everyone and has lots of dining options . It has the best position in Voss .

The view was incredible. We loved the patio area. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean. We loved staying here. We went on several walks and it was close enough to drive to Flåm and Voss for day trips. The apartment has been updated since the photos on the website. It looks much nicer now.

The hotel is located in the center of Voss city (not to far from gondola entrance). Nice view at the lake. Typical old hotel room. Good bathroom. Parking available. Ofcourse if you get luckey to get a spot:) In general it met my expectations. Good enough for weeknd trip.

There is a spa with a peaceful river view and the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was even better because there was a voss active right next to it for rafting.

Lots of common facilities, kitchen, dining room and terrace to hang out. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Views overlook Voss town. Although the location is not central, the hotel is near several hiking tracks.

The location is the best in VOSS. Train station, Gondola, Fjord cruise bus start point all at walking distance Hotel is strategic ans scnic location. Car park in from of room Kitchen very convienient

Hotel is just at excellent location in voss , clean and big standard rooms with elaborate breakfast . Its just built on the Voss railway station with all tourist attraction at your hands reach.

location is great， just in center of Voss. Apartment is very big, have a everything, and has different games and books in the living room, landlord very nice and gave us the chocolate as gift.

Superb view from the apartment overviewing voss lake. Apartment is luxury and nicely decorate, very cozy and clean. There is even a barbecue hob from the balcony.

Comfortable hotel in quiet and rural area, outside Voss. Nice traditional farmhouse atmosphere. Friendly owner and personnel. Good restaurant. Very relaxing!

The location is great but the information on the Voss Resort website could be better. The apartment was well equipped and the views were beautiful.

Location is near Vossevangen and the fjords. Also very beautiful area with mountains.

Located in Granvin which is a perfectly located place to stay and visit the fjords and other attractions in the region. The staff was amazing from the beginning till the end of our journey. Don’t expect a modern facility or an elevator in this place, but cosiness is guaranteed 😁. On top we had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed it together with other travelers. To sum up, fully recommended!
