The Stalheim Hotel is in an exceptionally beautiful location, hign the hills in fjord country. Our room had a stunningly good view up the valley and was clean and perfect for us. The meals were exceptionally good, both breakfast and dinner. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Hiking in the area is delightful.The historical maps, furniture and artifacts in the common area are quite interesting. This is a wonderful place to stay or to have a destination event like a wedding.

We stayed at a 3 room, 2 bathroom family apartment with kitchen and living room. The size was larger than expected. Great mountain view from both sides of the apartment. The parking was right in front of the apartment. Just a short walk away from the ferry and Viking village. The breakfast had a good variety of options. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the tables outside with the amazing view of the fjords!

Super cool look and feel. Had things to do like rowing on the lake or SUP. Restaurant dinner was a wonderful meal. Staff was fun and added to the cool feel of the place.

It is not easy to get in the apartment and apartment was not like what showing in the photos
Featuring a garden, Voss Resort features accommodations in Skulestadmo. There's a sun terrace and guests can access free Wifi and free private parking.
The view is the only amenity. Dinner was awful but you have no other options as hotel is very secluded. We were told before the trip that there were great hiking trails from the hotel but when we asked the front desk, there was only one road to walk down to see some waterfalls in the distance. So no actual hiking trails.
