When I entered the lobby, it smelled great! Interiors of the lobby was nice! Two female staff at check in were friendly. I asked where I could buy umbrella, they said they would just lend me one. The room size was OK. Shower was great with strong water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room interiors were lovely and I was given a room with really nice view! There is 7 11 beside the hotel. WiFi was fast. I asked for slippers and guy brought it promptly. Thank you, guys!!!

Food is relatively cheaper than in many other major towns in Sarawak. There are several places of interest which are beneficial for my childrens knowledge & education. Transportation was relatively easy to get, though the traffic jams just cannot be avoided.

Kuching is one of the big city in eastern borneo... Clean environment, the famous restoran rajah ayam penyet u must try it.. Never miss to come there cause their sambal so different from others. And for shopping, u can go to sarikin. Open only on saturday and sunday 1 hours and half, from kuching. U also can go to cultural village to explore more about sarawak divearse.
There are many activities that can be done in Kuching. The stay should be at least 3d2n to feel the culture, environment and food. For me, my favourite places are Sarawak Cultural Village and Pasar serikin, Bau. Also, there are variety of local food that I've tried such as Mee Kolok, Laksa Sarawak, Kek Lapis Sarawak,Umai, fresh seafood, Terubok masin etc and at the same time enjoying the great scenery.
I love the fact that food is really cheap and delicious in Kuching. We enjoyed the kolo mee at Annie Kolo Mee, seafood dinner at TopSpot and sarawak laksa at Mrs Tang’s. We thought the kek lapis at Dayang Salhah was a little too overrated. Found nicer lapis cakes at Maani Cafe which was just across the entrance of Hilton. There isn’t many attractions though so it got rather boring for us. The food, however, made up for it! Hilton is a really strategic location and very accessible to most of the eateries, massage parlour, bars and cafes. They were all within walking distance! Pullman hotel would be a great choice of stay as well.
The food much cheaper than expectation. Taste great too! Especially at Top Spot. Most of the sarawakian was friendly and helpful. Overall, Sarawak is the place which value for money and most recommended for person who love outdoor activity like hiking, food hunter & mind relaxation.
Great escape to the tribal world of Borneo. It was a great experience being in the Sarawak Cultural Village to watch up close and personal with the culture of each of the tribes in Sarawak. The cultural show was amazing.
Location was good very near and walking distance to Miri Central Park and the beach (but be aware of the sand fly), and was very easy to hail grab car and the cab fare was very reasonable (ranging from RM4-10). Opposite hotel there is a Hock Cafe famous for Sarawak Laksa and cross the road there is nice coffee served at DASH COFFEE below the Balance Studio. The room and bathroom are very spacious and basic toiletries are provided in the room.
My stay was pleasant & comfortable. The room is big for 3 adult. the check in was smooth and fast. Have small fridge, toiletries, water bottle and can make tea in room. the breakfast is simple but ok for the amount that we have paid. Toilet is clean and got big vanity mirror. Definitely will choose this hotel again when i come to Sarawak.
Friendly staff even tho sometimes some words I didn't understand because of mixed Sarawakian dialect. LOL. Room is clean, comfy bed, a good shower, and cold A/C. The hotel decoration was nice bringing good vibes. The hotel is just above 7 eleven and near to waterfront, kek lapis, and souvenir shops. They provide a cuckoo to refill water.

all the hotel rooms face the busiest road in Sarawak. the quiet rooms facing the river are condos - not hotel rooms. I asked for a quiet room - I got a noisy room. the staff could not care less. I left this hotel and went to another hotel (Hilton) where I slept well. waste of money at this run-down hotel

Great location, spotlessly clean, air con was very cold and shower water was hot with great pressure. Staff were all so friendly and we had no issues with noise. Excellent value for money. Excellent kopitam just on the corner with our favourite Sarawak laksa we tried the whole time we were in Kuching.

Location is the best part about this hotel, as it is directly opposite one of the best supermarkets available in Sarawak, LePapa Supermarket. The other plus point of this hotel is the foodcourt directly below the hotel. Convenience but also can be noisy at times.
