The best staff in the world, attentive and kind but also self confident and funny. They made our stay amazing and made us feel at home. Very professional and genuine people. Keep it up!!! The room was spotless clean, free unlimited water and little snacks is a nice touch. The hotel is small and very nicely decorated.

The staff were there to cater for every need, candles lit each evening, essential oils burning in the room giving a lovely aroma, turndown service of the bed, loved the L'Occitane soap, shampoo etc in the rooms. Like that the toiletries weren't single use. The breakfast was lovely. Eve at the front desk was helpful and they give a good map/ info on the food and street art when you first arrive. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
