This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

Lovely accomodation in a jungle setting. Every detail had been thought of, the staff made us feel at home whilst being professional at all times. I couldn't drink milk and they went out just to get me some almond milk, thank you! We have 2 children, 6 and 8 and they loved the pool, just enough to cool off. We had dinner at the hotel on both nights and the chef is to be congratulated not only for presentation but also for the perfect joining of tastes on all the dishes we tried.

We liked everything! First of all, the owner reaches out directly to provide you with all the information you need, he welcomes you as you are coming home. Absolutely fabulous! The rooms are better than the pictures, also very big room (even the bathroom is big!) Beds are super comfortable, very wide bed as well. Every room is different, very nice interior. It’s just one year old, everything is new! He also works hard to keep the standards high! His heart and soul are in that place. The jacuzzi is located in the afternoon sun on the terrace, so you can enjoy the warm water with the sun on your face. There was no problem to park our car, please ask Fabri (the owner) to reserve a parking spot. Very good location, walking distance to the beach and located in the city centre. Fabri will help you with good adresses to eat/drink. Or what you can do during the day. You won’t get bored with his ideas! Please don’t doubt when booking, this is the place you were looking for! Definitely coming back!

Firstly the staff are amazing, food is out of this world.
Les piscines estan bé. Fan animació i regalen tequila. Potser es passen amb el volum.. i animen massa a beure, es pensen que tothom es alcoholic. Després veus nenes de 18 anys vomitant al migdia… Els aires condicionats van bé (massa fred) però estan molt bruts.
Location was great, just next to mamitas beach and 5th Avenue. All shops are within short walk. Apartment is very large, has everything we needed for cooking and comfortable stay. Jorge was exceptionally helpful host and sorted everything for us very quickly. Beautiful warm swimming pool with the bar is great bonus. Whole place was very clean and well maintained.
It is a stone throw away from the main attraction which is 15th Avenue. Oscar, the front desk receptionist, was exceptional, very friendly and met all our requests during out 1 week stay.

Its all about your profile and your expectation! For me I am very happy from the facility in all aspects right behind the beach, wake up go swimming, each day an entertainment, good food. If you want to complain there is no regrigerator or mini bar dont come here😁 its for people whı choose yonbe happy in life and deserve a 10 pts.

Esta situat dins del Parc Arqueologic de Tulum, vora del mar, en un enton de cabanes i palmeres
L’allotjament és molt bonic. Ens vam allotjar en un bungalow i l’experiència ens va agradar molt. El bany exterior és molt bonic i et sents inmers a la jungla. L’esmorzar és molt bo i variat, la zona de la piscina i platja és molt agradable. Les classes de yoga estan molt bé i fan que l’experiència sigui completa.
Breakfast buffet was perfect - open until late morning allowed time for a good workout in the great gym. Lots of choices which made it easy to have a different, healthy, and fresh breakfast every morning. Coffee was superb with the double pour of coffee and hot milk at the same time. Never a problem with seating which was spread out. Waiters and hostesses were super friendly and available to accommodate our needs/requests.
I liked everything. Only issue was dinner. Some nights some restaurants were closed which made finding one that could accommodate you difficult. Some seemed short staffed.
Everything!! It was very nice, very clean, and the staff was very friendly.
