Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, with Gerardo standing out in particular, as he made us feel right at home. Definitely an unforgettable experience!

Such a beautiful hotel. We came here for our honeymoon. Everything here is so relaxing and a piece of heaven. The food is incredible, as well as the stuff. Everything we needed they helped us. Lucia and the other people serving our food as well. I really recommend the hotel at least one time because it’s truly an experience, especially coming with your loved one.

The hotel is beautifully designed and everything is set for privacy, quiet and luxury. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and I loved the split levels which all had a different purpose. The terrace with the view and private pool were just jaw dropping.

The stay at Casa tortugas had truly exceeded my expectation in various aspects. This boutique hotel is located right outside of the Xcaret Park. The driving time from this hotel to the park is around 5 minutes. My room was spacious and well decorated. All staffs were attentative and showed hospitality, friendliness, and care. We had chances to spot wild spider monkeys and even feed the monkeys with bananas provided by the hotel, which is the highlight of our stay.

They truly go above and beyond and have an excellent attitude all day long. The food is amazing too, we had many delicious meals there, as well as cocktails. Perfect location for visiting local cenotes and you can even use the bicycles from the hotel. The yoga was relaxing and the temezcal experience was really unique and special.
