National Museum of Anthropology was excellent - wish I had more time to spend there. Pyramids within easy drive of D.F. - good roads - Pyramids awesome. Loved Frida Kahlo House Museum. Food is great! Mexico DF is an excellent option for vacation, there is a lot places to visit, very nice people and good service in restaurants, hotel and tourist areas,
It is such a vibrant city with loads of things to do and see. I would strongly recommend people to visit it. Mexican culture, cuisine, clothing, traditions, etc, have always intrigues me, so Mexico DF is a good first taste to it. PLEASE GO TO THE "PUEBLOS MAGICOS" around the city, they are incredibly unique.

Safer, cleaner, friendlier than you think! The air is much better than it was. You can have the best taco on the planet on the street for fifty cents. The Metro will get you anywhere and it's quite walkable. Would stay out of many areas at night though-crime remains a problem. No reason to ever be bored in Mexico DF! Chaos and beauty and fascinating history! Possibly the most stimulating city in the world.
